Booking conditions: We're sorry that we don't accept the following.

  • Guests who don't keep calm. You must keep silent!

  • Children 13 years old or younger.
    　Guests must be 18 years or older to stay alone.

  • A group of 5 people or more.

It is impossible booking separates into more 2 groups like 2 persons and 3 persons.

  • Guests who want to stay for 11 nights or more.

  • Guests who look for a place to live.

  • Guests who are sensitive to summer heat and winter cold.

  • Guests who feel uneasy that guestrooms cannot be locked.

  • Guests who plan to hold a meeting or a party.

Cancellation policy

  • Let us know immediately by an E-mail or on phone, if you modify or cancel your booking.

  • If you cut short your stay after check-in, we won't pay back on your paid money.

  • If you are No-show and No-contact, we won't accept your next booking.

  • Cancellation fee (Cancellation fee will be charged by Paypal.)

5 days before date of booking: 50% of the total price of the booking will be charged.

3 days before date of booking: 100% of the total price of the booking will be charged

No-show: 100% of the total price of the booking will be charged.

  • If you do not pay cancellation fee, I can not accept your booking next time.

About Booking

For reasons of the system, after entering the Booking form, press the "Continue to Checkout" button, and the "Payment info" will pop up, but please ignore it and press the "Complete checkout" button. The reservation will be completed.

  • You'll get "Your booking has completed!" e-mail soon. Please check also the spam (junk) folder.

  • Please confirm your booking information and Uronza rules in e-mails received.

  • If you can't get e-mails, please let us know immediately. You need to reconfirm for your booking!

Completed your booking!

  • Please let us know, if you modify or cancel your booking.(uronza.kyoto@outlook.com)

  • If you have not received the cancellation completion email, cancel has not been completed, please contact us again.

  • 22nd Oct ～ 24th Oct 2026 : We will be closed 3days.

  • 10th Nov ～ 11th Nov 2026 : We will be closed 2days.

  • Reservations are accepted until 5th Dec. 2026.

  • ​Please note that there will be more days off from 2026 onwards, so please check the closing dates. Please also note that we cannot store luggage after check-out on the first day of a closing day.

  • All guest have to pay the Accommodation Tax (200yen/night) from 1st October 2018 in kyoto City. 

  • Consumption tax was 10% from October 2019.

  • We are sorry, we don't offer any meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).

  • No air conditioner is installed. Please make a reservation after carefully considering the summer & winter reservation.

  • Sadly, no-show is increasing. Please be sure to contact us in case of cancellation.
    If cancellation completion mail does not arrive after your informed of cancel, cancel is not completed, please contact us again.
